1 cup packed fresh spinach or kale
1 and 1/4 cup oats (quick or large flake)
2 tablespoons Walden Farms Pancake Syrup OR
2 tablespoons Walden Farms Maple Walnut Syrup
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Prepare the Green Pancakes
In a blender, blend all ingredients, until well combined.
Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat. Once warm, grease with butter.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan and gently spread with the back of your spoon. When bubbles begin to appear, flip with a spatula. Cook until both sides are golden.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Top with additional syrup.
