Shipping & Returns
Orders are largely shipped through Canada Post and Purolator. We reserve the right to substitute with other carriers that provide an equivalent service in the event of a strike or other service interruption.
The displayed shipping charges are retrieved from Canada Post and some areas are subject to surcharges.
We presently ship only to Canadian addresses and do not offer international shipping.
Customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 14 days. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition (un-opened). No exceptions. Please contact us prior to confirm the product return request and return warehouse address. Returns must be accompanied by receipt.
Customers are responsible for the return postage. Once we receive the returned products, refunds will be processed less shipping costs already incurred. If the delivered order is missing products or contains incorrect products, please contact us to remedy the problem.
Customers are responsible for submitting orders with a correct shipping address. If an order is lost or returned due to incorrect address, the order may be re-delivered at the customer’s cost. If the order is returned, a refund less shipping charges already incurred will be issued.
If the customer chooses to cancel the order, the order will be refunded less any shipping charges already incurred and the cost of any non-resalable products in the returned package.
