4 eggs

5 tbsp Pereg Coconut Flour

½ tsp vanilla

Pinch of Tuscanini Sea Salt

1 tbsp Gefen Confectioners Sugar

1 tbsp Walden Farms Pancake Syrup

1 tbsp Gefen Almond Brittle
Directions
Place chunks of the bananas in a blender
Add the eggs, flour, vanilla, salt and blend until smooth. Let the the batter sit and thicken for a few minutes.
Pour small amounts of batter on a low flame hot pan, be careful because it burns easily.
Bake until bubbles form and flip
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, drizzle with the pancake syrup and scatter some nuts.
