Directions
Start by mixing the wet ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Then, add all the dry ingredients except for the raisins or chocolate chips, and stir well using a fork or spoon.
Incorporate your choice of mix-ins into the batter, cover the bowl, and chill it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Using a tablespoon, scoop out balls of dough and place them onto a baking sheet lined with Gefen Parchment Paper.
