Mini Tahini Chocolate Syrup Cups

Prepare the Mini Tahini Chocolate Syrup Cups

1. Melt chocolate by placing chocolate chips in a heat safe bowl over a pot filled with an inch of water. Warm water over medium-low heat, which will melt the chocolate. Mix occasionally until melted.

2. In the meantime, mix together chocolate syrup and tahini.

3. Line a mini muffin tin with nine liners.

4. Place a tiny bit of chocolate at the bottom of each liner, making sure to spread it and coat the bottom of each liner.

5. Place about one teaspoon of tahini-chocolate mixture on top of chocolate.

6. Top with remaining melted chocolate.

7. Sprinkle with flaked sea salt.
