1 cup dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup
flaked sea salt
Melt chocolate by placing chocolate chips in a heat safe bowl over a pot filled with an inch of water. Warm water over medium-low heat, which will melt the chocolate. Mix occasionally until melted.
In the meantime, mix together chocolate syrup and tahini.
Line a mini muffin tin with nine liners.
Place a tiny bit of chocolate at the bottom of each liner, making sure to spread it and coat the bottom of each liner.
Place about one teaspoon of tahini-chocolate mixture on top of chocolate.
Top with remaining melted chocolate.
Sprinkle with flaked sea salt.
