8 cups baby spinach
1/2 can baby corn
1 ripe avocado
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup grated purple cabbage
1 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup French Fried Onions

Prepare the Rainbow Salad
In a large bowl, combine spinach, corn, avocado, tomatoes, cabbage, carrots and parley.
Just prior to serving, toss with a small amount of dressing. Top with french fried onions. Add additional dressing as needed.
